What Does It Cost To Manage Storm Water?
The storm water utility fee is the primary source of revenue that supports the implementation of Rochester’s storm water management program. It was first adopted in January of 2004. There have not been any rate increases since that time. The City is undergoing a rate study at this time to evaluate ways to address increasing program costs. The information presented to the City Council on March 3, 2008 can be viewed on the attached link.
