Storm Water Permit Details & Published Storm Water Plans

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) requires Rochester to more aggressively prevent storm water pollution and control runoff to improve water quality.

Permits - The City of Rochester and other public entities within the Rochester Urbanizing Area must meet the requirements of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's municipal storm water permit.  Click here to view the permit documents that each affected local unit of government has prepared.
